Termites
Free Termite Inspection and Estimate	Free ** (Does not include NPMA-33 reports) We will inspect your home for termites and other wood destroying insects for free and create a treatment plan to protect your home.
Termite Inspection / WDI Inspection Report	$85.00 - NPMA-33 For Buying or Refinancing a Home. A termite inspection is required for most lenders and recommended for all home buyers. If wood destroying insects are present, we can create a treatment plan to protect your home. For your convenience, we keep termite inspections on file and can forward the documents as needed. We also have flexible payment options.
Termite Treatments	Starting at $599.00, We'll give you our recommendations and do our best to give you several competitive options varying from Termite Bait & Monitoring Systems to Perimiter Termite Treatments.
Pest Control
One Time General Pest Control Service	As low as $130.00. A One-Time service any time you need it. A thorough treatment of the interior and exterior of your home for spiders(* except Brown Recluse), waterbugs, crickets and other crawling insects. Guaranteed for 60 days. (Slightly more for homes 2500SF and larger)
Quarterly Protection Plan	Our Best Deal. Starting at $87.00 After Initial Service. A thorough treatment of the interior and exterior of your home for spiders, waterbugs, crickets and other crawling insects. Guaranteed between scheduled visits. (Slightly more for homes 2500SF and larger)
Ants	$130.00 General Pest and Ant Control. A General Pest Control and a specialized treatment for ants of the interior and exterior of your home for ants such as pavement ants, acrobat ants, and odorous house ants. Guaranteed for 60 days. (Slightly more for homes 2500SF and larger)
Bed Bugs
Bed Bugs Treatment	We provide free inspections and estimates for Bed Bug Treatment. Treatments start at $150.00 each visit. In most cases we will up to 3 treatments to completely eliminate the infestation. ***** Price will vary Most Bed Bug Treatments come with our standard 6 month warranty, one of the best in the business****.
Brown Recluse Spiders
Brown Recluse Quarterly Treatments + Free General Pest Control	$184.00 and up for initial vist(includes 1 small attic or crawlspace, $15.00 - $30.00 per additional attic or crawlspace), then as low as $87.00 per quarter. A thorough treatment of the interior and exterior of your home for Brown Recluse spiders. Guaranteed for 60 days with initial service and 90 days with our quarterly service. Also includes our General Pest Control Service at no extra charge for things like ants and house spiders! (Slightly more for homes 2500SF and larger)
Brown Recluse Spider Cleanout Treatments	We provide free estimates for Brown Recluse Spider Cleanout Treatments. A thorough treatment of the interior and exterior of your home for Brown Recluse spiders. Attics and crawl spaces may be treated. Guaranteed for 1 year. This service is designed to rid your home of brown recluse spiders.
Roaches
German Roach Treatment	$126.00 initial service, 2 follow up treatments at $100.00 each required for warranty. *** (Slightly more for homes 2500SF and larger)
Fleas
Flea Treatment	$162.00 initial service, $126.00 follow up service required in 30 days for 6 month warranty. (Slightly more for homes 2500SF and larger)
Rodents
Mice/Rodent Treatment	$137.00 first service, $94.00 second service. 3 month warranty. (Slightly more for homes 2500SF and larger, and for rat treatments)
Quarterly Mice/Rodent Protection	As low as $87.00 per quarter. This Quarterly protection plan will keep things under control year-round. (Slightly more for homes 2500SF and larger, and for rat treatments)
Bees, Hornets, and Wasps
Carpenter Bees	$162.00 for average infestations (10 holes or less), $204.00 for medium infestations (11 to 25 holes), $225.00 and up for severe infestations or difficult conditions such as nesting in the eaves of a two story home.
Paper Wasps, Mud Daubers	Starting at $119.00 (Based on nests 10ft or less from the ground or reachable from a deck or other structure. Difficult to reach nests may be more.)
Yellow Jackets	Starting at $180.00. (Based on nests 10ft or less from the ground or reachable from a deck or other structure. Difficult to reach nests may be more.)
Hornets	Starting at $180.00. (Based on nests 10ft or less from the ground or reachable from a deck or other structure. Difficult to reach nests may be more.)
Multifamily
Multifamily Buildings	Prices shown are for single family homes or price per unit. Ask about our special rates for multi-family duplexes or apartment buildings. We can provide significant discounts depending on size and number of units.
Optional Services
Attics and Crawlspaces	$15.00 - $30.00 each for each attic and crawlspace. We treat attics and crawlspaces either with foggers or by chemical spraying depending on conditions. This optional treatment is great for even better control of spiders, camel crickets, silverfish and other insects that infest these areas.
Perimeter Spray	Perimeter Spraying adds an extra layer of protection to the outside of your home and is more effective for pests like Ants, Brown Marmorated Stink Bugs, Boxelder Bugs, Springtails, and Clover Mites. When this service is performed along with our General Pest Control Service, there are significant savings.
Power Dusting	Power Dusting involves applying a layer of insectiside dust to places such as attics and crawlspaces. This is effective for Brown Recluse and other spiders and silverfish.
Spider Web Removal	For an additional charge, we can remove spider webs from the exterior of your home, up to 20 feet up, using our extendable spider web dusters.
