Electronic Communications

Electronic Communications may be posted on pages within the Advantage Pest Control website and/or delivered to your email address. You may print a copy of any Communications and retain it for your records. All Communications in either electronic or paper format will be considered to be in "writing," and to have been received no later than five (5) business days after posting or dissemination, whether or not you have received or retrieved the Communication. Advantage Pest Control reserves the right but assumes no obligation to provide Communications in paper format. Your consent to receive Communications electronically is valid until you revoke your consent by notifying us of your decision to do so by contacting us in writing. If you revoke your consent to receive Communications electronically, we may terminate your right to use the Service.
Correct Information
You agree and warrant that you have access to the Internet and to a current functional email address for personal use. Although we will take reasonable steps to contact you based on information that you have provided us, Advantage Pest Control will not be liable for any undelivered email communications or any costs you incur for maintaining Internet access and an email account. You have an AFFIRMATIVE OBLIGATION to provide Advantage Pest Control with correct information, including an operational email address, and to notify Advantage Pest Control promptly as to any changes or cancellations of any and information, such as email addresses you provide to us. Failure to provide us with current information, including a working and functional email address for personal use, and/or failure to update Advantage about a change or cancellation of any of your information, or if Advantage Pest Control has reason to believe that either has occurred, may result in suspension of your access to the Service or other measures deemed appropriate by Advantage Pest Control. We reserve the right to take measures to ensure the integrity of our database, and expect that you, as a user, will cooperate and keep your contact and personal information current.
Passwords
You may not reveal your account password(s) to anyone else, nor may you use anyone else's password. Advantage Pest Control is not responsible for losses incurred by Users as the result of their misuse of passwords.
Hacking
If you use, or attempt to use the Service for purposes other than its intended purposes, including but not limited to tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of the Service, your account will be terminated and you will be subject to damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution where available.
Assignment
You may not transfer any rights or obligations you may have under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Advantage Pest Control. At any time, Advantage Pest Control reserves the right to transfer this Agreement or any right or obligation under this Agreement without your consent.
Copyright
Except for material in the public domain under United States copyright law, all material contained on the Web site (including all software, HTML code, Java applets, Active X controls and other code) is protected by United States and foreign copyright laws. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these terms and conditions, you may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, modify, rewrite, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any material contained on the Web site without the prior consent of the copyright owner.
None of the material contained on Advantage Pest Control Solutions may be reverse-engineered, disassembled, decompiled, transcribed, stored in a retrieval system, translated into any language or computer language, retransmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photo reproduction, recordation or otherwise), resold or redistributed without the prior written consent of Advantage Pest Control Solutions. Violation of this provision may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
